Beauty Grows Wild in the Land of the Fashion Jungle

This article is in reference to hair- voluminous hair plus a pinch of wild fashion.  An avid reader of La Republica's Velvet Magazine, I can never get enough of Italian fashion in all of its forms. The diversity in art and culture that spill from these pages beg me to flip through the issue more than once. In the most current issue, voluminous and ethereal hair is photographed everywhere. The big blow out balances the slim, yet bold silhouette. From the European runways to American fashion, trendsetters wearing animal or natural prints and colors will be prowling everywhere this season. Infusing an energetic tone in apparel that can be worn "loudly" to make a statement, or subtlety, is in a  sense, a organic connection between the people and the planet.

You have found fashion's pot of gold when you click on WGSN, a UK based website that a wealth of knowledge on the future of fashion, I am talking about womenswear two years from now, men's fashion forecasts, retail talk, textile industry experts, and color specialists. (Similarly Stylesight is to the US what WGSN is to the British.)

To sweep away from the natural effect, but to keep in rhythm with volume up top, take a look at fashion and music figures such as Natalie Portman, Rhianna, and even musicians from the nifty fifties.  Today, however, the style becomes much more edgy and daring- it also goes hand in hand with the pieces with stripes and spots walking down the runway.
Don't forget your cateye-liner! ;)

In addition to the wild crazy trend, look for volume in your clothing, ladies, pleats and origami like shapes. In addition to this, crochet, cutouts, and floral and elaborations on your accessories and apparel will be showing up for Fall/Winter 2011/2012. If you have not heard it yet, now you have...there's more to come.
